All of our bathing and grooming services include a complimentary nail trim and ear clean.
For the comfort and wellbeing of your pet, we do not routinely pluck ear hair. If you would like this done, please let us know when booking or at the time of your appointment.

Comfort Groom
What is a Comfort Groom and Why does it matter?
As our pets grow older, their needs can change. Age, arthritis, reduced mobility, changes in hearing or vision, and increased anxiety can all make the grooming process a little more challenging or tiring.
At What The Fluff Pet Spa,
we believe in Comfort over Vanity.
For our senior pets, or those with additional physical or emotional needs, this means adjusting our usual grooming expectations to prioritise their comfort, safety and wellbeing.
A Comfort Groom may not have the same perfectly polished finish as their previous grooms. We may simplify a style, leave small imperfections, or allow a slightly damp area rather than asking a tired or uncomfortable dog to stand for longer than necessary.
We work gently, calmly and efficiently, taking our cues from the dog in front of us. When they tell us they’ve had enough, we listen.
The goal of a Comfort Groom is simple: a clean, comfortable pet who can head home feeling good - because their wellbeing will always matter more to us than a perfect haircut.
